Once you choose Dreamway, a Deed of Agreement is signed and you grant Power of Attorney to undertake the project.

The introductions

Our Customer Service team formally introduces you to the full Dreamway team through an Intimation Ceremony.

Digital survey & soil test

A digital survey and soil test of your land is conducted to initiate the design process accurately.

Sharing & approval of the plan

Our designers meet with you to prepare plans per your requirements, then submit to authorities for approval with monthly updates.

Work starts & sales begin

Construction begins and we start selling our share. You may retain, sell some, or sell all your units through us.

Construction commencement

Work proceeds as per the DOA schedule. Customer service provides monthly progress updates throughout.

Interior design & maintenance

A crucial stage for achieving your desired design and timely handover. Major changes get discounted; minor ones are on us.

Get to know your neighbours

Before handover you will be introduced to all co-owners — a great way to address common interests.

The final inspection & handover

Your new space will be fully ready. You may inspect before handover. A ceremony is arranged to welcome you to your new place.

The beginning, not the end

You receive one year of free after-sales service from our Customer Relationship Department for any post-handover concerns.
